Vakhtang Tsintsadze has many years of experience working in both the private and public sectors. Until 2009 he worked in the financial sector, and since 2009 he has held various positions in the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. From 2016, Vakhtang Tsintsadze serves as the Head of the Economic Analysis and Reforms Department at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development. Vakhtang Tsintsadze holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Georgian Technical University and a PhD in Public Administration from the Georgian Technical University. He has successfully completed the “Leaders Program in Advanced Security Studies” from George Marshall Center and a number of International Monetary Fund (IMF) courses in economics. He was actively involved in the development of various reforms of significant economic content, including: the development of the concept of pension reform (second pillar) and the assessment / analysis of the economic effects of the reform; Development of a concept and framework legislation for public-private partnership; Development of framework legislation as part of insolvency reform; Development of access to financial mechanisms - development of a credit guarantee scheme; Development of alternative financing mechanisms - participation in the development of leasing development concept and factoring regulation, etc.
